A manager's task to periodically judge the effectiveness of each of his employees, and report the results to upper management.  Employee evaluations have a direct impact on promotions, firings and salary increases or decreases.

各従業員の有効性を定期的に判断し、その結果を上級管理職に報告するというマネージャーの仕事。従業員の評価は、昇進、解雇、給与の増減に直接影響します。
