Short notation for re-organization. A shift of company resources from one group to another. Modifying the company organization hierarchy. Often associated with layoffs.
再編成（reorganization短い表記)。あるグループから別のグループへの会社の従業員のシフト。会社の組織階層の変更。多くの場合、一時解雇に関連付けられる。
