The outside line forming the boundary of a two-dimensional area.  The perimeter of an area of land is the whole of its outer edge or boundary.
2次元(じげん)領域(りょういき)の境界(きょうかい)を形成(けいせい)する外側(そとがわ)の線(せん)。土地(とち)の領域(りょういき)の周囲(しゅうい)とは、その外縁(がいえん)または境界(きょうかい)全体(ぜんたい)に及(およ)ぶ。
