Slant or trend towards a particular direction or focus; not symmetrical.  Can be biased or distorted in a way that is regarded as inaccurate, unfair, or misleading.

特定(とくてい)の方向(ほうこう)または焦点(しょうてん)に向(む)かって傾斜(けいしゃ)または傾向(けいこう)がある。相称(そうしょう)的(てき)でない。不(ふ)正確(せいかく)、不公平(ふこうへい)、または誤解(ごかい)を招(まね)くような方法(ほうほう)で偏見(へんけん)または歪曲(わいきょく)される可能(かのう)性(せい)がある。
