A meeting between a person who is quitting a job and that person's successor. The purpose of the meeting is to "turn over" the work or projects that the person who is leaving is working on to the person who will take responsibility for them going forward.
仕事を辞めていく人とその後継者とのミーテイング。会議の目的は、去る人が取り組んでいる仕事やプロジェクトを、今後それらの責任を負う人に「引き渡す」ことです。
