刑事(けいじ)訴訟(そしょう)または民事(みんじ)訴訟(そしょう)の対象(たいしょう)となる個人(こじん)またはグループ：犯罪(はんざい)を犯(おか)したとして訴(うった)えられている、または告発(こくはつ)されている人(ひと)。
