subject + adverb of frequency + main verb; subject + be + adverb of frequency

説明

Use adverbs of frequency to say how often something happens. Common words are "always", "usually", "often", "sometimes", and "never".

In "I usually get up at 7.", "I" is the subject, "usually" tells how often, and "get up" is the main verb. "At 7" tells the time. Japanese often says "いつも" or "よく" in a similar way, but English puts the adverb before the main verb. With "be", the adverb goes after it: "She is always kind."
